For orders placed before 7am AEDT, we endeavour to process the same business day. Orders placed after 11am AEDT will be processed the next business day.

RETURNS

You can choose between a refund or a credit note on full priced items.

  • Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
  • Earrings cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.
  • Return shipping methods and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We offer easy returns at Urban koach! Returns will be processed within 8-10 working days.
The following requirements apply: The item must be repackaged in its original packaging with labels and tags. Items must be unworn and unwashed. Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the order. You must visit the Returns Portal on the website and drop off the item at the post office. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and should obtain proof of postage until you receive your credit note (Go to the Refunds Section). Once the return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation, and it may take 8-10 working days for further processing. You can start the return process here! REFUNDS Please note that Urban Koach does not offer any kind of refunds. Instead, we provide credit notes that can be used towards future purchases.
