Return and Exchange

RETURNS

We offer easy returns at Urban koach! Returns will be processed within 8-10 working days. The following requirements apply:

  • The item must be repackaged in its original packaging with labels and tags.
  • Items must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
  • You must visit the Returns Portal on the website and drop off the item at the post office.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and should obtain proof of postage until you receive your credit note (Go to the Refunds Section).

Once the return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation, and it may take 8-10 working days for further processing. For more information, you can contact a customer representative or email info@urbankoach.com

Please be advised that items that are on sale are NOT eligible for return.

REFUNDS

Please note that Urban Koach does not offer any kind of refunds. Instead, we provide credit notes that can be used towards future purchases. The credit note will be issued for the original purchase amount, excluding any shipping charges. The credit note will be sent via email and can be used within 90 days from the date of issue.

EXCHANGES

At Urban Koach, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and wish to exchange it, please follow our exchange policy guidelines below:

  • To initiate an exchange, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order by contacting our customer support team via email at info@urbankoach.com 
  • Exchanges are only applicable for unused, unworn items in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Personalized items and items marked as final sale are not eligible for exchange.
  • After submitting your exchange request, our team will assess the item's eligibility and provide further instructions. You may need to ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method at your own expense.
  • The exchange process may take up to 14 days from the receipt of the returned item. Our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If approved, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you.
  • You have the option to exchange the item for a different size, color, or a product of equal or lesser value. If the new item has a higher value, you will need to cover the price difference.
