We offer shipping services for all orders placed on Urban Koach’s website. We strive to process and ship orders within 3-5 business days after the order is confirmed.

PROCESSING TIME

Customers will be provided with a tracking number once their order is shipped, allowing them to monitor the delivery status.

Orders placed after 11 AM GMT will ship the next business day.
Orders placed after 11 AM GMT on Friday will ship out Monday.
Orders placed during holidays will ship the next business day.

MISSING ORDER

If any items are missing from your package, kindly reach out to us within 3 days of the delivery date of your shipment.
