We offer easy returns at Urban koach! Returns will be processed within 8-10 working days.
The following requirements apply: The item must be repackaged in its original packaging with labels and tags. Items must be unworn and unwashed. Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the order. You must visit the Returns Portal on the website and drop off the item at the post office. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and should obtain proof of postage until you receive your credit note (Go to the Refunds Section).
